About Body Ease

Anne’s passion as a physical therapist and a yoga instructor is to work one-on-one; creating exercise programs and yoga sequences that combine yoga and physical therapy, and are unique to the needs of each individual.

Our bodies are different from one another, and from time to time we have injuries or illnesses that require special care. I strongly believe that movement can facilitate healing the body. By safely practicing gentle forms of yoga/physical therapy, the body is able to heal in a state of relaxation and ease.” ~ Anne

Anne is adept at giving special attention to the difficulties and pain that an individual might be experiencing. Therefore, modifications will be given throughout the learning process in order to promote ease and safety of movement.

Working with Anne

Anne’s depth of experience in physical therapy was key in designing yoga strategy that was unique to my situation. I appreciate her attention to the root cause of the pain points, and aligning that with the desired outcome I was seeking to achieve.
— Sean R.
Anne is amazing. I had terrible pain in my neck and shoulder, and all the muscles were tight in these areas. In addition to working the muscles with a superb massage, Anne showed me some daily physical therapy exercises and yoga poses to open up the area. Within a few days, the pain was totally gone.
— Heather J.
Anne is a wonderful, knowledgable, and caring instructor. Private instruction with Anne is a gift.
